1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
A booking is confirmed only after our team verifies the details.
Accurate pickup and drop information must be provided by the customer.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices shared during booking are approximate and may vary based on waiting time, route changes, additional stops, or peak hours.
Toll, parking, and interstate permit charges (if applicable) are borne by the customer.
Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or other accepted methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed before the driver starts the trip.
Once the driver arrives at the pickup location, cancellation charges may apply.
No-show bookings may be fully chargeable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide correct travel details
Ensure safe behaviour inside the vehicle
Avoid carrying any illegal or hazardous items
Respect the driver and vehicle property
Any damage caused to the vehicle will be chargeable.
5. Service Limitations
Service availability depends on vehicle and driver availability.
Weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
6. Driver & Vehicle Safety
All vehicles are regularly maintained.
Drivers follow traffic rules and safe driving practices.
Customers must wear seatbelts at all times.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
We are not liable for indirect damages such as missed appointments, events, or delays due to unavoidable circumstances.
8. Website Usage
Users agree not to:
